We do a lot
so you don’t have to! From planning your event, to
setting it up, to picking up rental items, our service will exceed
your expectations.
Confirmation
After placing an order, it will be faxed or mailed for confirmation.
This allows us all to be working off the same page. All orders
are to be confirmed by the driver on the day of the delivery. All
breakfast orders are to be confirmed before 5:00 pm on the previous
day.
Labor
We can arrange for Servers, Bartenders, Chefs and Managers at the
following rates:
Servers and Bartenders – $30/hour
with a minimum of 4 hours
Chefs and Managers – $40/hour
with a minimum of 4 hours
Delivery and Setup
There will be a charge of $20-$40, depending on distance and size
of event, up to 25 miles. Additional miles and special circumstances
can be quoted.
Party Planning
Event planning is what we do. It is our pleasure to guide you through
the purchasing process. We will provide advice, assist in menu planning
and will use our checklists to ensure everything is right. Sometimes
extra help is needed. We can provide further party planning services
such as event layout, computer programs and more at an additional charge. Please let us know if you are interested in any of these
extra services.
Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with an item, please contact
us immediately for a full refund of that item. If poor service or
the result of a poor product creates an inconvenience, an additional
10% of the food and beverage will be deducted. All returns are to
be handled within 24 hours of notification. If returns are not handled
properly, please notify our owner at 724-816-2355. Please do not
hesitate to contact us if anything was not to your satisfaction.
We pride ourselves on being the best, but no one can be perfect all
the time. What makes a great organization is how it accepts responsibility,
makes a financial correction, and works on eliminating the problem
in the future.
Last Minute Orders
We pride ourselves in our ability to be there when you need us…even
if it is last minute. Good planning and advance notice will make
your event go smoother and is less stressful on everyone. We understand
that in this fast-paced world, even the best plan can create last-minute
demand. Our policy is to fill all hot food orders placed in the last
24 hours and most cold food orders with 2 hours notice for groups
less than 50. Items designated with an asterisk (*) are available
for last-minute orders. All other orders are handled with our “never
say no” policy. Please understand that all orders are custom-made
and take time, but our “never say no” policy will provide
you with the best service available.
Billing
Special Event Catering (private) – To secure a date, we require
a $150 deposit that will be applied to your total balance. The food,
rental and service of these events are to be confirmed 7 days in
advance. All orders over $1000 require an additional 50% deposit,
with remaining balance paid on delivery or pick-up. All deposits
are non-refundable, but will be held for a future event.
Corporate Customers – We provide different payment options
for our corporate clients including billing. Please use what is best
for your company. We will bring you a pink invoice upon delivery.

All invoices are net 15 days.
Payments can be made with cash, check or charge. All checks require
driver’s license verification. We accept American Express,
MasterCard, Visa, Discover and Diners Club.
